Reimer Law Co., founded in 1971, began as a foreclosure firm in the State of Ohio with only three employees. Throughout our nearly 50 years, the scope and size of our business has changed dramatically.

While operations commenced as a foreclosure law firm, the need to diversify became readily apparent. The Firm rapidly evolved into an organization that also handles litigation, bankruptcy, evictions, real estate closings, loss mitigation and collections. Today, Reimer Law provides full-service creditor’s rights representation in Ohio, Kentucky and West Virginia. We partner with clients across the nation. Reimer is a diverse Firm, with our corporate headquarters located in Cleveland, Ohio.

The members of our Firm take great pride in the professional development of our organization, from both a client and an employee perspective. We are fervently committed to being responsive to the ever-changing needs and demands of the regulatory environment in which we operate. We dedicate significant resources to remain on the cutting edge of technology and compliance.

Reimer Law Co. has been recognized by the USFN with the prestigious Diamond Award of Excellence. We have also won numerous client awards for performance and productivity.

Our Culture

Reimer Law is very client-centered and business-oriented and maintains a personal interest in providing our clients with a “WOW” experience. The management of the Law Firm believes that our people are our most important and valuable assets. We have invested significant resources to ensure that each employee fully experiences the commitments made in cultivating a dynamic, stimulating, diverse and interactive work environment.

We are proud of the employee driven initiatives that our Reimer Law team members have undertaken to help others and effectuate change in both the workplace and the community. We have also implemented policies that support a healthy work/life balance as well as numerous fun and innovative events throughout the year.

Reimer Law’s Helping Hands & Healing Hearts

The charity committee of Reimer Law was formed to give back to our community by helping individuals and families in need and to support organizations that provide services to help others. The committee’s fundraising and volunteer efforts have benefitted numerous individuals and families from our local area. This has enabled the Firm to support organizations such as The American Heart Association, Seidman Cancer Center, The March of Dimes, The American Cancer Society, Juvenile Diabetes, The Parkinson’s Foundation and The Alzheimer’s Association.

Many of these charitable causes are close to the hearts of the members of our Firm and our clients. The committee’s efforts have also inspired members of the Law Firm to give and serve. The holiday season is one of the busiest times of year for Reimer Law Helping Hands & Healing Hearts. One of the committee’s annual goals is to make the holiday season joyous for families that have fallen on times of need. Thanksgiving meals are donated from funds raised and are shared with local families. Further, eighty to one hundred gifts are collected for distribution to adopted families through an employee supported giving tree. These efforts have fostered a Firm-wide spirit of outreach and giving.

Work Life Balance

We understand life’s everyday demands and have therefore afforded our employees the opportunity to select their own work schedules based on certain guidelines. This flexibility provides our employees with the ability to better manage the needs of their families while working full time. This has proven to be one of the best decisions in the workplace and has fostered employee happiness, productivity and balance of work and family life.

Events

We have multiple events for our employees to help with that personal touch that we think is so important, while showing them that they are the backbone of our Law Firm. We have a Firm picnic in the summer, Derby Week in Kentucky, Birthday and Anniversary Celebrations, Special THANK YOU cards for a job well done, Christmas Lunch and much more. At the picnic, we even have shareholders and attorneys sit in a dunk tank with proceeds going to charity. We are good sports and enjoy having a good time, while simultaneously benefitting the less fortunate.
