Reimer Law Co. was originally founded in 1971 by Dennis Reimer. For almost 50 years the Firm has concentrated its practice in the area of creditors’ rights, with emphasis on conventional, privately insured, FHA and VA real estate foreclosures and bankruptcy matters throughout the entire States of Ohio, Kentucky and West Virginia. In addition, the Firm specializes in handling litigation, evictions, REO, collections, deeds in lieu of foreclosure and other loss mitigation services.
The Firm has successfully handled numerous client requests, such as land sales proceedings, partition actions, title claim matters, real estate and lender related litigation and adversary proceedings in bankruptcy. The foundation of Reimer Law is to provide our clients with quality service, while still meeting timeframe requirements. The collective longevity and knowledge of the Firm’s shareholders have been contributing factors with regard to the high quality of work performed. This has resulted in the Firm being at the forefront of the default mortgage industry.
The Firm is knowledgeable in servicing all GSE and Investor types, such as FHA, VA, USDA, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. The Firm is a member of the USFN, American Legal & Financial Network (ALFN), National Association of Chapter Thirteen Trustees (NACTT), National Creditors Bar Association (NCBA), American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) and the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA). We are also members of local bar associations in Ohio, Kentucky and West Virginia.
