Reimer Law Co. is a great place to work! We are a law firm with a very client-centered and business oriented practice. The management of the law firm believes that our people are our most important and valuable assets. We have, therefore, invested significant resources to ensure that each employee fully experiences the commitments made to cultivating a dynamic, stimulating and interactive work environment.

We are proud of the employee driven initiatives that our Reimer Law team members have undertaken to help others and effectuate change in both our local community and the world. The law firm supports an employee driven charity committee whose mission is to support charitable organizations and help individuals and families in need. We have a community garden that is made possible through the collaborative efforts of our employees, who then share in fruits of their labor. We have also implemented policies that support a healthy work/life balance as well as numerous fun and innovative events throughout the year.

Reimer Law’s Helping Hands & Healing Hearts

The charity committee of Reimer Law was formed to give back to our community by helping individuals and families in need and to help support organizations that provide services to help others. Their fundraising efforts and volunteering their time and service have benefitted numerous individuals and families from our local area and many other organizations like, The American Heart Association, Seidman Cancer Center, The March of Dimes, The American Cancer Society, Juvenile Diabetes, The Parkinson’s Foundation, and The Alzheimer’s Association. Many of these charitable causes are close to the hearts of the members of our firm and our clients. The committee’s efforts have also inspired members of the law firm to give and serve.

The holiday season is one of the busiest times of year for Reimer Law Helping Hands & Healing Hearts. One of the committee’s annual goals is to make the holiday season joyous for families that have fallen on times of need. Thanksgiving meals are donated from funds raised and are shared with local families. Further, eighty to one hundred gifts are collected through a giving tree from generous employee donations for distribution to adopted families. These efforts have fostered a firm-wide spirit of outreach and giving.

Reimer Law Community Garden

Spreadsheets give way to tomatoes and peppers in our organic community garden. Each spring comes time for the garden committee to decide what vegetables and herbs will be planted. Employees are welcomed to lunchtime weeding and planting. The project began as a grass-roots movement, spearheaded by a group of employees. It has grown over the past several years and we hope that it will continue to grow and expand. Participants share in the fruits of their labor and enjoy a portion of the harvest.

Work Life Balance

We understand life’s everyday demands and have therefore afforded our employees the opportunity to select their own work schedules based on certain guidelines. For example, one employee may work 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., while another works 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. This flexibility provides our employees with the ability to better manage the needs of their families while working full time.


After 45+ years in business, we have developed some long standing traditions. Perhaps our most unique tradition is a game of turkey bowling played after our Thanksgiving turkey feast. You’ve got to see this to believe it!

We also have a firm picnic in the summer. One of our best charitable fundraising events was “Dunk the Shareholder or Lawyer” in the dunk tank. We are good sports and enjoy having a good time, while simultaneously benefitting the less fortunate.
