Reimer, Arnovitz, Chernek & Jeffrey Co., L.P.A. (RAC&J) was founded in 1971 by Dennis Reimer. The firm has concentrated its practice in the areas of creditors’ rights, with emphasis on conventional, privately insured, FHA and VA real estate foreclosures and bankruptcy matters throughout the state of Ohio. RAC&J also specializes in replevin, evictions, collections, deeds in lieu of foreclosure, and other loss mitigation services.

RAC&J’s goal is to provide its clients with quality service within accepted timelines. The experience and individual areas of expertise of the firm’s attorneys, management professionals and staff have made the firm a front-runner in the default mortgage industry.
