The firm concentrates its practice in the area of creditors’ rights, representing financial institutions, with emphasis on conventional, privately insured, FHA and VA real estate foreclosures and bankruptcy matters as well as collections throughout the entire State of Ohio.

Reimer, Arnovitz, Chernek & Jeffrey Co., L.P.A., founded in 1971, began as a foreclosure firm with only three employees. Throughout our 45+ years in business, the scope and size of our business has changed dramatically.

While operations commenced as a foreclosure law firm, the need to diversify became readily apparent. The firm rapidly evolved into an organization that also handles litigation and bankruptcy and then a number of years later, collections. Today, the law firm provides full service creditor’s rights representation in Ohio to clients across the nation. We presently consist of 21 lawyers and 125 staff members. The composition of the firm is diverse with all employees working out of our headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio.

The members of our firm take great pride in the professional development of our organization, from both a client and an employee perspective. We are fervently committed to being responsive to the needs and demands of the regulatory environment in which we operate. We dedicate significant resources to ensure that our firm is technologically capacitated and fully invested in the world of compliance.

Reimer, Arnovitz, Chernek & Jeffrey Co., L.P.A. has been recognized by the United States Foreclosure Network (“USFN”) nine years in a row with the prestigious Diamond Award of Excellence. We have also won numerous client awards for performance and productivity.
